• Core-Plus and Value-Add (preferably 1990's and newer)
• Target Markets: Salt Lake City/Provo/Ogden, Boise, Los Angeles, Inland Empire, San Diego, Bay Area, Seattle, Phoenix, Denver/Fort Collins/Colorado Springs, Austin, Nashville, and select other markets on a deal-by-deal basis
• Minimum of 30 units in Los Angeles, minimum of 50 units in other target markets (preferably 100+ units for operational efficiencies)
• Class A & B properties in desirable submarkets with strong demographics, population, and job growth
